Terms of Use

The conditions for using Nada on your Android device.

Effective date3 November 2026App package · com.museflow.music
Privacy policyTerms of useSupport

These are the terms for using Nada, a music player for audio files on your Android phone. Please read them before using the app.

1. Using Nada

Nada is a free music player for the audio files on your Android phone. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

2. Your music

You are responsible for having the right to play the music, covers and lyrics you use with Nada. Nada does not provide music and does not give you any rights to it. Please do not use the app to break copyright or other laws.

3. Files and permissions

You decide whether to give Nada access to your audio files. Some features need it. Moving a song to the Android trash or deleting it only happens when you choose to, and Android asks you to confirm. Permanent deletion cannot be undone, so check the song before you confirm, and keep backups of music that matters to you.

4. Sound and devices

How audio sounds and behaves can differ between phones, Android versions, file formats, speakers and Bluetooth devices. The equalizer may not apply to every format or output, and strong boosts can cause distortion. Please listen at a safe volume.

5. Supporting Nada and Nada Pro

Nada is free. Nada Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks extra features and helps pay for updates. It is sold and billed by Google Play, so Google’s payment terms, renewal rules and refund policy apply. The subscription renews until you cancel it in the Google Play Store; if you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, and the free features keep working as before.

Which features belong to Pro can change as the app grows. Features that are free now to play and organise your music will not be moved behind Pro to push you into subscribing.

6. Fair use

Please do not try to disrupt Android or other apps, get around platform security, use Nada for anything unlawful, or copy and redistribute the app in a way its licence does not allow.

7. Ownership

The Nada name, design and code belong to DSN, apart from third-party components that keep their own licences. You may use the app for its intended purpose, which does not transfer ownership of it.

8. No guarantees

Nada is provided as it is. It is built with care, but it may not work perfectly on every device. To the extent the law allows, DSN does not give warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits your rights where the law does not allow a limit.

9. Changes

These terms may change as Nada changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use a newer version means you accept the updated terms where the law allows that.
